1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 2-4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹800
COD (Cash on Delivery) may have additional charges.
Exact shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your order through our courier partner's website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select pin codes.
Please keep the exact cash ready at the time of delivery.
Refusal to accept a COD order may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, high demand, or courier issues.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or an incomplete order, inform us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
